Fully automatic skewer machine for round skewers, capable of producing square and rectangular skewers.
Skewer selection, mold holding, skewering, meat cutting.
Multi-format machine.
Production changeover between different skewer sections takes place without human intervention (neither mechanical nor parameter setting).
Tooling is automatically recognized by the machine thanks to RFID technology, enabling instant adaptation of the production cycle.
Compatible with skewers from 14 x 14 mm, with no upper size limit.
Maximum productivity: up to 1 000 skewers/hour.
Reduced size: (1 500 x 800 mm).
Productivity depends on the number of operators, the organization of the line, the number of tools and the characteristics of the skewer being produced.
